Mineral Error
2025
Exhibition visual identity
Mineral Error is born from a research process that refuses to treat stone as a fixed, eternal entity. At its center stands Mia Čopíková, whose doctoral thesis critically examines one of the most iconic materials in jewelry — the diamond. Not for its sparkle, but for what it symbolizes: hardness, hierarchy, stereotype, an idealized fiction of value. The artist creates new forms: carbide artifacts born in microwaves, brooches made from worn tools, synthetic stones that ask questions instead of answering them.

This is not a showcase of jewelry. Differently.
This is a collection of anomalies.
A place where error is not a mistake — but a method.
